1. General information only

The calculators, guides and reference tables on this Site are published for general informational and educational purposes. They are not financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or medical advice, and no professional relationship is created by your using them.

We are not a bank, lender, broker, tax agent, financial adviser or medical provider, and we are not registered or licensed to act as any of those in any jurisdiction. We do not arrange products, introduce you to providers, or receive commission for doing so.

2. Calculators produce estimates

Every calculator applies a published formula to the figures you enter. The output is only ever as good as those inputs and the assumptions behind the formula, and real outcomes differ for reasons a calculator cannot see: fees a lender adds, the exact day count a bank uses, rounding conventions, eligibility rules, your personal tax position, or a rate that changed after we last checked.

Treat any result as an estimate for planning, not as a quotation, an offer, or a statement of what you will actually pay or receive. Where a tool states what it excludes — surcharge above a threshold, local taxes, provider charges — that statement matters, and we try to put it next to the number rather than in a footnote.

3. Rates, rules and figures change

Tax slabs, statutory rates, regulatory thresholds and typical market charges change, sometimes with little notice. Where a figure has an effective date or an as-of date, we state it on the page. Where a rate could not be confirmed against a primary source, we say so rather than presenting a guess as fact.

Even so, a page you are reading may have been written before a change you have not heard about. For anything that matters financially, check the current position with the relevant authority or with your own adviser, bank or accountant.

4. Health and fitness tools

The BMI and calorie calculators apply standard population formulas. They take no account of body composition, medical history, medication, pregnancy, age-related factors or anything else a clinician would consider. They are not a diagnosis and must not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice.

Never disregard medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read here. If you have a health concern, speak to a doctor or qualified health provider.

5. Examples are illustrative

Worked examples throughout the Site use round, invented figures chosen to make the arithmetic clear. A business described in a table is a shape, not a real company, and a salary or a loan amount in an example is not a recommendation or a benchmark. Where we cite a real published rate or rule, we link to the source so you can check it yourself.

6. External links

We link to government publications, regulators, banks and news coverage so you can verify what we have written. Those sites are not under our control, we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Links are checked when written and can break or change afterwards.

7. Advertising

The Site is free and is funded by advertising served through Google AdSense. Advertisers do not write, review or influence our content, and an advertisement appearing beside an article is not a recommendation by us of the advertised product. 8. No liability

The Site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Progragon Technolabs accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on anything published here, including any decision taken on the basis of a calculator result. Your use of the Site is at your own discretion and risk. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Reporting an error

If you find a figure, formula or statement on this Site that is wrong, please tell us. We would rather hear it from you than leave it standing.
